JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare daily snack orders as per demand.
• Clean and sanitize work station, equipment, utensils, dishes and silverware etc.
• Make special dressings and sauces as condiments for sandwiches and other snacks.
• Wash, peel and cut various foods including fruits and vegetables for salads and garnish.
• Minimize wastage by effective food usage.

REQUIREMENTS:

Academic Qualification: Matric / Preferably Intermediate Professional Qualification: Prior work experience of the same field. Experience: 3 to 5 Years.

KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:

• Neat & clean appearance.
• Ability to work in an environment with multiple interruptions.
• Knows basic hygiene principles.
• Good communication skills.
• Keep up with Good health.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Proper uniform and grooming.

Manager Internal Controls

LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE NORTH NAZIMABAD CAMPUS

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Manager of Internal Controls to lead our internal controls team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining internal controls, as well as performing post-audit activities to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls. This is a critical role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and Implement Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Risk Assessment: Identify, assess, and prioritize risks to the organization, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
• Control Evaluation: Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, and identify areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform Post-Audit Activities: Perform post-audit activities, including audit follow-up.
• Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to employees on internal controls, risk management, and compliance.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of internal controls professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CA, ACCA, ICMA. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification preferred.
• Certifications: Certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) is plus.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or internal controls. Experience in a similar industry or sector preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and regulatory requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data analytics: Knowledge of data analytics and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
