Deputy Manager – (Internal Audit)
LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE NORTH NAZIMABAD CAMPUS.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Reconciliation of total revenue with total collection.
- Coordination with all stakeholders, resolve differences and recommend for correction.
- Follow-up for agreed action plan.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize Oracle ERP systems to extract, analyze, and report revenue and collection data specific to hospital operations.
- Generate reports on revenue and collection reconciliation, providing insights and recommendations to hospital Management.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of hospital revenue with collections. Identifying and resolving discrepancies in patient services and billing.
- Analyze revenue and collection data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in hospital financial performance.
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:
- Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Oracle Expertise: Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP systems.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of hospital operations, revenue cycle management, and healthcare billing processes.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to accurately reconcile revenue and collection data.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic Qualification: Commerce Graduate.
- Professional Qualification: CA intermediate, ACCA, ACMA.
- Work Experience: 4 years of Experience.
