Deputy Manager – (Internal Audit)

LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE NORTH NAZIMABAD CAMPUS.

JOB SUMMARY:

Reconciliation of total revenue with total collection.
Coordination with all stakeholders, resolve differences and recommend for correction.
Follow-up for agreed action plan.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Utilize Oracle ERP systems to extract, analyze, and report revenue and collection data specific to hospital operations.
Generate reports on revenue and collection reconciliation, providing insights and recommendations to hospital Management.
Perform monthly reconciliation of hospital revenue with collections. Identifying and resolving discrepancies in patient services and billing.
Analyze revenue and collection data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in hospital financial performance.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:

Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Oracle Expertise: Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP systems.
Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of hospital operations, revenue cycle management, and healthcare billing processes.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to accurately reconcile revenue and collection data.

REQUIREMENTS:

Academic Qualification: Commerce Graduate.
Professional Qualification: CA intermediate, ACCA, ACMA.
Work Experience: 4 years of Experience.
