Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts

LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE NORTH NAZIMARAD CAMPUS

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for Preparing & Managing Financial information of consultants, utilities & Intercompany accounts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparation & disbursement of consultant payments – Dr. Ziauddin Hospitals Group.
Review the agreements between Consultants & Hospital.
Preparation of all Utilities, Consultants & Intercompany payment invoices.
Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances.
Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
Process Incentive on corporate collection.
Generate, compose, and edit correspondence, letters, memos, forms, reports, draft Contracts, agenda items other documents in an effective and efficient manner.
Contributes to continuous review of the organizations financial systems and to be recommend changes as necessary.
Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
Make analysis of all group consultant’s revenue and report to the management.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:

Comprehensive experience and in-depth knowledge of Accounts & Finance department.
Basic knowledge of hospital policies in terms of services provided and roles of senior management.
Effective organizational, planning, scheduling and project management abilities.
Effective communication skills both in written and verbal presentation.
Ability to work well in a multi-cultural environment and balance multiple work priorities.
Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.

REQUIREMENTS:

Academic Qualification: B.COM
Professional Qualification: ACCA
Work Experience: 3-4 years of experience in related job.
