WE’RE HIRING! FINANCE MANAGER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare monthly/quarterly forecasts & profitability analysis.
- Review sales, costs, and variances with insights for management.
- Lead annual budgeting and monitor food, labor, and store-level expenses.
- Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare financial statements as per IFRS and manage external audits.
- Compile monthly P&L for all stores and monitor daily cash flow.
- Review bank reconciliations and vendor payments.
- Manage payroll coordination, inventory-related expenses, and strengthen internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with Sales Tax, Income Tax, and WHT.
- Minimize leakages, pilferage, and overall financial risks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- ACMA / ACA / ACCA / CIMA
- 5+ years of experience in retail, FMCG, QSR, or franchise business
- Strong knowledge of P&L, cost control, taxation, IFRS & audits
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and advanced Excel
- Excellent communication & analytical skills
