Position: Assistant Manager Operational Excellence
Location: Karachi
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with department heads and team members to identify improvement opportunities across various operational areas.
- Leading and supporting Lean, Six Sigma, QCC (Quality Control Circles), and other process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Developing and delivering training programs to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Conducting RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and implementing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) to address operational challenges.
- Monitoring project progress, ensuring timely delivery of results, and reporting findings to senior management.
- Standardizing processes and ensuring consistent implementation of best practices across the organization.
- Staying updated on industry trends, tools, and methodologies to bring innovative solutions to the company.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Manufacturing from a reputable institution.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
