Position : Site Security & Admin Lead Karachi (DIC & BUFC)
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement security procedures and emergency response plans to protect company assets, employees, and infrastructure.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with public officials, legal advisors, and external agencies to address business and compliance concerns.
- Oversee and manage CCTV surveillance, access control, and security personnel to ensure a safe and secure workplace.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies, private security firms, and intelligence units for threat assessments and security improvements.
- Oversee office administration, facility management, and asset maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Ex-Army Capt or Equivalent Forces (Police, Navy etc) with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in security and administrative role or similar position is preferable.
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, judgement, stress tolerance, organizational skills, developing people, continuous improvement, flexible thinking, problem solving, communication skills & computer skills.
- Knowledge of all Business Management functions; operations management, assessment knowledge.
- This position reports to Country Security Manager in dotted line.
