We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Apparel team who has expertise in Product Development. This role is crucial for driving our business forward and establishing benchmarks that align with the best industry practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Review daily incoming sample requests and generate sample files.
Resolve issues in sampling, including discrepancies in design or materials.
Coordinate with production, design, and sourcing teams to ensure proper materials are used.
Manage sampling processes, including Tech Packs, Sample Requests, and documentation.
Raise queries with Marketing when there is ambiguity in requirements.
Confirm material availability with the WIP team before proceeding.
Coordinate with IE to confirm production feasibility for complex styles.
Flag maintenance requirements for new equipment or machine attachments.
Collaborate with PD Sewing and Marketing to ensure smooth PD plan execution.
Address routine style, accessory, and machinery issues during the sampling process.
Discuss quality parameters with the department head before starting samples.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or related field is preferred.
3+ years of experience in in the Apparel Industry (specifically in product development or sampling).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
Advanced decision-making skills, with a focus on problem-solving and timely resolutions.
Excellent organizational and target-oriented skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to anticipate future challenges and adapt proactively.

The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
