Diamond Fabrics Limited is looking for a Utilities Manager to lead the maintenance and reliability of critical plant utility systems and ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operation and maintenance of boilers, thermal oil heaters, compressors, chillers, HVAC systems, and cooling towers.
- Manage utilities infrastructure including water treatment plants, RO systems, ETP/WWTP equipment, turbines, pumps, and fuel handling systems.
- Supervise utility pipelines and distribution networks for steam, condensate, compressed air, and water.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, shutdown maintenance, and major overhauls.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, boiler regulations, and environmental requirements, while leading the utilities maintenance team.
Experience &Qualification:
•BSc Mechanical Engineering or First-Class Boiler Engineer Certification
•12–15 years of relevant experience in utilities maintenance within textile or process industries, with strong exposure to boilers, thermal oil heaters, compressors, chillers, water systems, and ETP equipment.
The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
