We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team, focusing on cleaning, preprocessing, and analyzing unstructured project data. This role requires collaboration with subject matter experts to develop machine learning models and generate actionable insights for business decisions.

Major Responsibilities:

• Clean and preprocess unstructured project data for analysis.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends.
• Develop and implement machine learning models to aid informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the availability of high-quality data for analysis.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to understand industry-specific nuances and requirements.
• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights effectively.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (bachelor’s or master’s degree) in Data Science, Mathematics/ Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, with expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Strong grip on data visualization tools (Power BI, SAS VA).
• Understanding of big data technologies and frameworks (Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience with tools for model deployment and version control (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently.

We are currently seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of robust data infrastructure for our business analysis system.
As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines to ensure the seamless collection, transformation, and storage of structured/ unstructured business data. This role involves close collaboration with data scientists, IT teams, and other stakeholders to optimize data flow and support our data-driven initiatives.

Major Responsibilities:

• Design and implement efficient data pipelines for collecting and processing business data.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
• Collaborate with data scientists to understand data requirements and optimize data infrastructure accordingly.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with expertise in ETL processes, data modeling, and database management.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently.
