WE ARE HIRING! Assistant Manager – Supply Chain
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and implement improvements in outbound processes to reduce delays, optimize space utilization, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time dispatch, order accuracy, and shipping lead times, while actively working to meet or exceed targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure orders are picked from the correct locations and stock is replenished efficiently.
- Ensure all shipments are accurate, damage-free, and meet customer quality standards.
- Ensure all outbound operations comply with safety standards and regulations, fostering a culture of safety within the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, specifically in outbound logistics or FMEG distribution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
