Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: M.Sc. Food Technology / Dairy Technology
- Experience: 3-5 Years
- Expertise: Quality Assurance of Aseptically Packed Dairy Products
- Skills: Analytical testing skills, Computer skills, and SAP
Key Responsibilities
The resource will be liable to:
- Manage end-to-end QA operations during assigned shifts.
- Supervise QA Officers, Lab Analysts, and Line Inspectors during shifts.
- Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and PRPs/oPRPs.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Warehousing teams for smooth operations.
- Handle non-conformances, deviations, and incidents at the shift level.
- Review and approve shift-wise quality records and reports.
- Deliver trainings on food safety, hygiene, and sanitation to food handlers.
