We are looking an experienced and diligent Auditor to join our packaging and printing company. As an Auditor, your primary responsibility will be to assess and evaluate the financial records, internal controls, and operational processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Auditor, preferably in the packaging and printing industry or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and auditing standards.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to packaging and printing.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to identify potential risks and issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in using auditing software, data analysis tools, and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit projects simultaneously.
- Integrity, objectivity, and ethical behavior in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to various company locations for on-site audits.
- Knowhow and experience on SAP Business One will be added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Audit of monthly sales tax return and filing.
- Audit of monthly income tax statement and filing.
- Audit of Attendance, Leaves, Overtime, Salary Processing and Disbursement.
- Audit of payments, vouchers, data punching and recording of daily routine work.
- Audit of Valuation and Costing of Imported goods with Local and Foreign LC.
- Audit of Sales & Purchase invoices, rates with PO, Dr/Cr notes & recording thereon.
- Audit, Warehouse Physical Inventory Count, Reconciliation, Allocation, Adjustment etc.
- Audit of ERP System (SAP), Finding, Proposal and implementation of procedures.
- Fixed Assets physical Audit, Assets Tagging, Control and Follow up.
- Audit of Costing & Production Cost Sheet, Production Reports and BOM, FOH working.
- Working of various monthly reports for management.
- Drawing, updating and assisting in Company policies, rules and regulation.
- Any other assignments/jobs related to audit and follow up.
- Strictly meeting the deadlines for various Audit and Reports there against as per KPI index.
