Position: Production Engineer

Job Identification: We are now seeking for a Production Engineer to be a part of our CCI Karachi Supply Chain Team. The main responsibilities and the specifications for the role are shared below:

Mission Statement: Responsible line (s) to carry out, follow and develop production and maintenance activities; ensuring that the planned production program is carried out efficiently. To organize trainings of formen, operator and technicians working on the line, to provide referral and management of employees.

Main Responsibilities:

Plan, develop and realize protective and preventive maintenance programs in order to ensure compliance of machines
Ensure realization of planned production program
Carry out production according to the defined standards of process and taking actions to improve the process
Ensure that material yields are within company standards
Develop work safety procedures, make sure the team under supervision follows rules
Set up machine maintenances according to plans
Carry out criteria assessments and prepare the report for continuous improvement and performance follow up, present it to management, plan and implement necessary corrective-preventive actions
Determine training needs of foremen, operator and technician
Make sure the team under supervision follows safety procedures and rules
Manage the line OPEX budget and equipment investment projects
Improve the production methods for developing the quality of the packages & products
Manage the spare parts stock level
Ensure that the GMP and 6S rules are followed
Minimize the production costs and losses

Candidate Education: Four years Engineering Degree preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Discipline

Position: HR Executive

Job Objective: Centrally plan and lead Organization Development portfolio particularly Diversity and Inclusion and Employee Engagement across CCI Pakistan in close collaboration with Talent and Capability Development Manager. This position focuses on building and sustaining organizational culture and values to contribute in increasing employee engagement along with leading change management processes necessary for building a high performance organization that is apt for meeting all business scenarios.

Main Responsibilities

Closely collaborate with Group Office Diversity and Inclusion team and Talent & Capability Development Manager Pakistan to drive CCI Pakistan wide Diversity & Inclusion strategy focused to create an inclusive and diverse work environment where all employees feel valued
Apply a structured change management approach and methodology to play a key role in helping projects (change initiatives) meet business strategies through focus on people side of change
Lead the roll out of engagement surveys in the organization by educating employees on Why, What, Who as per CCI methodology; Liaison with CCI and consultants for compiling of results and ensure robust communication and action planning of survey results.
Ensure internal communication strategy is well executed by creating positive communication and education with all stakeholders as per EVP Guidelines
Execute the EVP strategy for CCI Pakistan
Work closely with HR Leadership Team on existing / new projects to improve Employee engagement and communication initiatives to meet business priorities more effectively; Simplify existing practices to improve efficiency and make process flows smoother.

Education: University / Undergraduate (Bachelor’s Degree)
