Job Title: Manager Legal Affairs
Applications are invited for “Experienced professionals” to work with the growing organization under challenging and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

Able to independently handle litigation and related in-house operations of the company in addition to the following areas:
Oversee, review and/or prepare any/all general and specific contracts when directed.
Oversee litigation of the Company.
Provide opinions and strategic advice to internal stakeholders on issues having legal implications.
Should also be able to provide quality legal assistance in overall corporate matters including contracts
Providing quality legal opinion to all departments across Organization including commercial, procurement, S&D, Finance, etc. when desired.
Legal research and advice on the impact of changing laws.
Analyzing legal prepositions under different scenarios and coming up with practical solutions.
Should be able to strongly advocate the company’s objectives/interest with external stakeholders.
To deal with government/regulatory bodies including PTA etc. on legal issues independently and ensure compliance thereof.
To provide advice on HR/labor law-related issues and Vet all contracts having any impact related to labor law.
Preparing legal notices and their replies.
To participate in different projects.
To protect the company and its employees from the issuance of any warrants and/or coercive measures being adopted by certain govt departments, in the best possible manner.

Location: 34 KM Multan Road, Lahore
Qualification: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in similar Capacity
Salary: Market competitive along with pick & Drop and other fringe benefits

Job Title: Procurement Officer
Applications are invited for “Experienced professionals” to work with the growing organization under challenging and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

Order placement to approved and non-approved import vendors.
Negotiating the competitive price with the technical qualified vendors.
Keeping accurate track of all imported shipments, aligning the load plan according to it and confirming the customer PO’s in system as per the shipping line tracking.
Coordinating and communicating with finance &PPC after receiving the acknowledgement of the PO from vendor, to complete the procurement documents as per agreed terms and conditions
Continuous follow-up on the knitting, dyeing and finishing processes for all vendor placed PO’s and ensure on time delivery of finished goods to meet the shipment dates.
Coordinating with shipping company for on time delivery of the material from port to site and forwarding the shipping documents to both vendor and shipping company after the vendor receives payment/ LC as per agreed terms.
Develop and maintain healthy supplier relationships.
Monthly payable setting for all Imported goods and reconciliation as per approved budget.

Experience: 2-3 years in similar Capacity
