RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily facility operations including cafeteria cleanliness, pantry maintenance, and continuous availability of food, tea, and drinking water for staff.
- Supervise cleaning staff to ensure high standards of hygiene across office areas, including workstations, mosque, rugs (especially during prayer times), and outdoor premises.
- Manage repair and maintain schedules for the mosque and other key facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment.
- Monitor waste disposal practices and uphold the aesthetic appearance of the office.
- Handle administrative tasks such as document record management and coordinate guest visits to ensure a professional and welcoming experience.
SKILLS
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of facility systems and office protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage vendors and housekeeping teams effectively.
