BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for an “Executive Payroll and Shared Services” in their Human Resources Department.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience
Location: Head Office
The incumbent must have hands-on experience in handling payroll, FnFs, handling queries related to health/vehicle insurance, company-maintained car & rentals. Issuance of fuel cards & SIMs to the onboarded employees.
Further responsibilities include maintaining employee records, drafting & maintaining organizational chart for announcements. Preparing HR letters and timely processing of employee reimbursement claims.
