BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for a “Deputy Manager Network Enhancement” in their Dealer Development Department.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture or relevant
Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience
Location: Head Office, Karachi.
This role focuses on site feasibility, spatial planning, and regulatory compliance for new dealerships. You would support city and site evaluation through zoning checks, access and circulation studies, and basic feasibility assessments, translating market and proposal data into spatial viability. Reading up on local development regulations, dealership planning standards, and basic feasibility study methods will help you connect urban context with buildability and cost awareness.
A major part of the job involves monitoring dealership facility development—showrooms, workshops, charging stations, and branding elements—against business guidelines. Layout reviews, drawing coordination’s, materials, finishes, and vendor management are directly applied. Strengthening knowledge in automotive workshop planning, EV charging infrastructure, BOQs, shop drawings, and construction sequencing will support effective construction planning and on-site coordination.
