Broadway is looking for Regional Admin Manager- (Lahore)
Job Purpose:
To manage all administrative and support functions for the Office and regional outlets, ensuring smooth operations, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee administrative operations for the Office and all regional outlets.
Maintain records, documentation, and ensure timely processing of admin-related payments.
Supervise office staff, drivers, support staff, and security personnel (where applicable).
Manage utilities, leased premises, and vendor services.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, licenses, and approvals, including but not limited to labor, food, trade, civil defence, environmental, taxation, EOBI, social security, signboards, generators, and court-related matters.
Liaise with legal advisors and government/semi-government authorities as required.
Oversee maintenance and management of company vehicles.
Support and coordinate with the regional HR team.
Ensure smooth and disruption-free operations across all outlets.
Perform any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Must have Bachelors Degree
Must have 6-8 years of experience in Admin
