Beechtree is hiring for Area Sales Manager in Karachi

Key Details:

Responsibilities:

• Manage, train, and provide overall guidance to the sales team of the Karachi region.
• Monitor the performance of the sales team and motivate them to meet sales targets.
• Collect customer feedback and provide updates to senior management.
• Survey all assigned outlets to ensure compliance with predefined Visual Merchandiser’s requirements in the store.  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
• Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget.  
• Coordinate campaigns and promotional activities with the Marketing team.
• Coordinate with audit inventory of assigned territory outlets.
• Have a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Have sound knowledge to maintain healthy inventory at the store level.

Qualifications:

• Masters/Bachelors preferably in Marketing/Sales
• 4-5 years of experience in Retail Operations (preferably Retail/Textile Sector)
