Beechtree is hiring for Area Sales Manager in Karachi
Key Details:
Responsibilities:
- Manage, train, and provide overall guidance to the sales team of the Karachi region.
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and motivate them to meet sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and provide updates to senior management.
- Survey all assigned outlets to ensure compliance with predefined Visual Merchandiser’s requirements in the store. Â
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
- Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget. Â
- Coordinate campaigns and promotional activities with the Marketing team.
- Coordinate with audit inventory of assigned territory outlets.
- Have a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Have sound knowledge to maintain healthy inventory at the store level.
Qualifications:
- Masters/Bachelors preferably in Marketing/Sales
- 4-5 years of experience in Retail Operations (preferably Retail/Textile Sector)
