EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, conducting salary surveys, and ensuring effective communication of employee benefits.
• Managing employee records, onboarding, payroll data preparation, and compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
• Provide general administrative support, including document management and responding to HR inquiries.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

The ideal candidate should have:

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
