POSITION Deputy Manager Innovation and Entrepreneurship Programmes
PURPOSE OF JOB
Managing daily operations at SparkTank, supporting startup incubation, and resource alignment. The role requires facilitating vendor relations, business development, and communication with stakeholders, within the constraints of market conditions, regulations, and SparkTank policies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Support
- Assist with daily operations, coordinate with internal departments, and support startups with business plans and market analysis
Coordination with External Vendors and Stakeholders
- Liaise with vendors for prototypes, manage meetings, and track action items to ensure smooth vendor relations
Networking and Outreach
- Promote SparkTank at industry events, enhance visibility, and manage service agreements for the incubator
Reporting and Documentation
- Keep detailed records of incubatee progress and vendor interactions, and prepare reports on milestones and outcomes.
LOCATION Head Office, Lahore
QUALIFICATION Bachelors in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management or a related field
EXPERIENCE Minimum 3-5 years in operations management, programme coordination, or a related field. Prior experience with incubators, accelerators, or startup ecosystems will be preferred
