Bank Alfalah Limited is looking for an Officer/Senior Officer for the Customer Insight & Conduct Unit.
Job responsibilities are:
- Contribute to the strategic and operational planning and execution of the Voice of Customers unit, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Assist in Presentations for the Customer Experience Council, Board submissions, State Bank Submissions, and other ad-hoc submissions
- Assist in data trends analysis and reporting for Insights and feedback recorded by the customers
- Assist in competition, market, and global research.
- Highlight gaps and provide assistance in automation and optimization where required
- Ensure any Board or external submissions are made in a timely manner.
- Assist on various analyses and projects with a view towards improving service delivery.
- Maintaining coordination with various internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors
Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in research or marketing
Education: Minimum graduate degree
Location: Karachi
