Bank Alfalah Limited is Hiring – Senior Officer – Network Operations (NOC).
Location: Karachi
What you’ll work on:
- Network performance monitoring & troubleshooting
- WAN/LAN uptime, routing & switching
- Network security (VLANs, firewalls, policies)
- Collaboration on network optimization & rollouts
- Supporting branches to maintain 99%+ uptime
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems / Telecom / Electrical.
- Hands-on networking experience
- Exposure to enterprise network & security tools
- Real-world knowledge of routing and switching alongside tools like Palo Alto, Cisco FTD/ASA, FortiGate, or Cisco ISE.
- Relevant experience (Fresh – 1 year)

Bank Alfalah Limited is looking for a Senior Officer – Allied Applications Management to join its Karachi office.
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate with Application owners and vendors for smooth system workflows.
- Manage system operational issues and ensure fast turnaround times (TAT).
- Train Level-1 and Service-Desk support teams.
- Support ongoing project integrations, audits, and new application development.
- Perform operational activities and provide solutions to the team, and coordinate with the business in parallel to support ongoing projects with new integration and development.
What We Look For:
Education: Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Experience: At least 1-2 years in Application Administration and Support.
Skills: Strong IT support skills combined with excellent interpersonal communication.
