Bahria Town Karachi is seeking a strategic Deputy General Manager – HR to lead our human capital function. Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in HR, MBA, or a related discipline with 10+ years of progressive HR experience (including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role within a large-scale organization). Expertise in talent strategy, policy governance, compensation & benefits, organizational development, and workforce effectiveness is required.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, MBA, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership position within a large-scale organization
- Expertise in Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Selection, workforce planning, conflict management, performance management, HR operations and HR Analytics.
- Exceptional executive communication, leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, talent management, and onboarding.
- Update, enforce, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and legal compliance.
- Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and culture-building programs.
- Optimize daily HR administrative workflows, attendance, and record-keeping systems.
