𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

o Proactively resolve customer issues with full ownership and accountability.
o Handle complaints effectively with strong follow-up until closure.
o Conduct customer feedback surveys (150–200 attempts daily) and document insights.
o Demonstrate empathy and courtesy during calls, ensuring customers feel heard and valued.
o After resolving issues, contribute to developing SOPs and propose innovative improvements to enhance customer experience.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

o Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
o 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, customer support, or a contact center environment.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
o Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
o Ability to manage high call volumes with patience and empathy.
o Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭.

Location: Central Warehouse, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

o Assist in system-based, data-driven distribution planning.
o Maintain and update daily Excel reports related to distribution and stock movement.
o Share updates of new arrivals with the stores team on group platforms.
o Coordinate with stores regarding bulk stock available at Central Warehouse and confirm intake.
o Respond to store teams’ OPL queries on group channels.
o Share verified replenishment data with the BI team after necessary checks.
o Manage Hardlines replenishment and provide printouts to the replenishment team.
o Conduct daily follow-ups with replenishment and dispatch teams to ensure timely packing and dispatch.
o Prepare and circulate replenishment percentage reports via email.
o Monitor and report store zero stock tracking.
o Manage and report aged VMI packed stock.
o Share high-volume item details in store group.
o Assist in preparing Central Warehouse zero stock reports.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

o Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain / Business / Commerce preferred).
o Strong command of MS Excel (data handling & reporting).
o Good coordination and communication skills.
o Ability to manage multiple reports and follow-ups efficiently.
o Basic understanding of inventory, replenishment, and distribution processes.
o Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
