Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager Performance Marketing will play a critical role in executing and optimizing online marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic and analytical mindset to enhance performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Email Marketing. The ideal candidate will have between 3 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing and a strong understanding of driving ROI through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and TikTok platforms.
- Lead the development and execution of email marketing strategies to engage and convert prospects.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data to optimize for key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and sales teams to create effective marketing materials.
- Stay informed of the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge marketing tactics.
- Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Email Marketing.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven ability to deliver measurable results through performance marketing channels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Experience in managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and reporting on ROI.
