Job Description:
Manage the addition and deletion of fixed assets, run monthly depreciation processes, process asset transfers within the system.
Oversee the approval and payment process for invoices related to fixed assets, including payments against contracts and purchase orders.
Verify final settlement summaries against contractor agreements and ensure payment accuracy.
Process payments related to Letters of Credit (LC) for foreign transactions.
Perform regular reconciliation of CWIP (Capital Work In Progress) and supplier accounts.
Prepare additions and deletions reports for insurance purposes, ensuring they are in the required format.
Oversee physical inspection and tagging of fixed assets, including newly commissioned items.
Coordinate with auditors for quarterly, semi-annual, and annual audit schedules.
Provide reports for board approval, including coordination with external auditors and the insurance department.
Process payments for newly acquired fixed assets and ensure appropriate record-keeping.
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all fixed asset transactions.
Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, purchase orders, and associated documents.
Manage payments to government authorities and maintain records related to these payments.
Handle bank-related coordination for payment processing and reporting.
Resolve system issues and provide recommendations for new system developments related to fixed asset management.
Oversee the tagging and physical verification of fixed assets at various locations, including retail outlets, terminals, and offices.
