Atlas Battery Limited is seeking profiles for the position of Regional Service Manager – Rawalpindi
- Develop, implement and improve claim settlement procedures.
- Analytical reporting of claims and customer complaints for preventive and corrective measures.
- Supervise service team and impart training for optimum performance.
- Plan, organize and direct after sale services in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Provide training and education to dealers / sub-dealers / electricians enabling them to diagnose the cause of service failure batteries.
- Co-ordinate with QA for feedback regarding complaint / service failure parts / batteries.
- Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems is must.
- Good Leadership & Communication skills with assertiveness.
- Ability to Work Under Stress.
Education: B.Tech Hons. / BE – Mechanical / Electrical (MBA – Marketing in addition will be preferred)
Experience: 5-8 years of After Sales Service and Claim Settlement of consumer durable product.
Local residents will be given preference.
