ATCO is hiring SFE Associate (Sales).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations on the Web SFE Portal, including team structure updates
- Handle field force lifecycle changes (joining, resignations, promotions, transfers)
- Oversee territory alignment, including opening and closing of territories
- Generate and share daily tracking reports with Team Heads and Leadership
- Prepare quarterly and half-yearly tracking reports as required
- Review and reconcile stock and sales data with 3S and distributor reports
- Process distributor sales data into the 3S system
- Maintain and update field force team structures in 3S
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and generate CRM-SFE reports
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in SFE or data management
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in handling large datasets and reporting tools
