We’re Hiring: Frontline Customer Service Executive
Are you passionate about customer interaction, communication, and creating exceptional customer experiences? Asim Jofa is looking for a dedicated Frontline Customer Service Executive to join our Customer Service & Experience Department in Karachi.
In this role, you’ll handle customer queries through Social Media, WhatsApp, Email, and UAN inbound calls, manage customer feedback and reviews, follow up on negative feedback, and ensure timely and professional resolution of customer concerns.
The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Customer Experience, along with excellent English communication, customer-handling, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responding to customer queries through Social Media, WhatsApp, Email and UAN inbound calls.
Handling customer comments and feedback professionally
Responding to and managing Trustpilot & Google reviews
Following up with customers who have shared negative feedback
Managing negative comments and ensuring timely follow-up
Completing review and order-related forms accurately

REQUIREMENTS:

1–3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Experience or a related field
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills
Good follow-up and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple communication channels
