Brand Manager Karachi, Pakistan
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and adjust as needed long-term brand visions, value propositions, and style guides that differentiate us from competitors.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, and events).
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on consumer trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Design teams to ensure brand consistency in product launches and retail experiences.
- Track KPIs such as brand awareness, market share, and campaign performance using KPIs (ROI, sales uplift, engagement, reach) and optimize plans based on insights.
- Oversee small in-house brand management team to ensure high quality execution of marketing campaigns.
- Brief and manage external creative, PR, and media agencies to deliver high-quality assets on time and within budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years experience in brand management or a similar marketing role within an FMCG company.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, social media analytics, and basic design review.
- Strong storytelling abilities, exceptional verbal/written communication, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
