Position : Area Sales Manager
Location: Multan, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand the customer base while overseeing the sales force in the assigned territory to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including exploring branding and business channel expansion in the territory.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, conduct regular meetings to review performance and inspire achievement, and execute business plan.
- Provide leadership and training to distributors and their teams to ensure effective execution of SKUs wise targets.
- Conduct effective market intelligence on a regular basis to gather insights and guide the team in setting KPIs in alignment with company standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Commerce.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position and relevant market.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesflo software.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and highly competitive markets.
- Effective communication skills with good command of English and local language.
- Readiness to travel.
