Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the HR strategy in line with organizational goals

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and organizational effectiveness
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a senior HR leadership role
- MBA in Human Resources from a reputable university
- Strong knowledge of best HR practices, and organizational development
