Requirement:
The ideal candidate for this position should have at least a high school education specially with Accounts background, with preference given to those who have graduated. They should be proficient in using computers and have excellent English communication and writing skills. If the candidate is currently enrolled in school, they must be able to provide a detailed schedule of their classes and exams to the interviewer.
Role and Responsibilities:
The main responsibility of this role is to manage Accounts related tasks given by Client. This involves following guidelines and standard operating procedures published on Client Portal. Additionally, this role is responsible for properly reporting and ensuring target achievement. This role is focused on achieving 100% client satisfaction.
SPECIFICATION:
- Reporting of all Accounts payable.
- Reporting of Reductions & Closing of Accounts
- Check Postings
- Other Priority task assigned by Manager & Client
- Shift Reporting.
- Maintaining KPIs as per standards
TIME CALCULATION:
Total Number of Hours a Day: 8 Hours
Total Number of Minutes a Day: 480 Minutes
