We are looking for an “Assistant Manager – Creative”.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualizing the visual identity to promote the Brands styling aesthetic and assisting in ensuring maximum style awareness of the Brand‘s target audience.
Strengthening fashion styling by spearheading in correspondence and management with Stylists, Makeup Artists & Jewellery/shoe Vendors
Developing Strategy maps/PPTs and creative mirroring the brand’s style.
Finding and maintaining a pool of vendors for collaboration on sourcing and creating new and unique styling accessories.
Budgeting and invoicing of external vendors ensuring their payments delivery in time

Qualifications: 1 to 2years of experience, along with a Bachelors/Master’s degree in in the relevant field.

We are looking for a “Deputy Manager – Learning & Development”.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the strategic and operational management of all Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives across the North and South regions, including Head office & retail.
Utilize a variety of training methods and materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, on-the-job training, and training manuals.
Designing and conducting comprehensive training programs for retail staff, covering product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and operational procedures, at various locations nationwide, both in-person and virtually.
Conducting companywide training need assessments and developing annual training calendars.
•Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to address individual learning needs and challenges.
•Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics, feedback surveys, and observation.
•Continuously assess and adjust training strategies to meet evolving business needs and industry trends.
•Manage the implementation and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS).
•Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on using the LMS effectively

Qualifications:
2- 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
