𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 – 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘆 (𝗖𝗠𝗧)
We are looking for a proactive Commercial Officer – Embroidery (CMT) to support commercial coordination and documentation related to embroidery and CMT operations at Korangi, warehouse – Karachi. The role requires regular follow-ups with vendors, maintaining commercial documentation, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of production orders and timely processing of related commercial activities.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 2–4 years of relevant experience in commercial coordination or documentation within the textile or garment industry, preferably in Embroidery or CMT operations.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Coordinate with embroidery vendors and CMT units for smooth execution of production orders.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with commercial vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain commercial documents including purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and order records.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, and procurement teams regarding order progress and requirements.
- Monitor vendor commitments and production timelines to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain proper filing and record management for all commercial and embroidery-related documents.
- Assist in resolving documentation or vendor coordination issues to avoid operational delays.
- Prepare periodic reports and updates regarding vendor follow-ups, documentation, and order status.
