Requirements

- Good coordination and follow-up skills

Responsibilities
- Handle bulk hiring for retail roles
- Source candidates via job portals, referrals, walk-ins, social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring manager
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closures
- Support onboarding and documentation
