HR — Executive
Key Responsibilities including: (but not limited)
• Assists in establishing recruitment requirements by studying organization plans, objectives and personnel requisitions received from various departments.
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting institutes, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
• Complete all pre-hiring formalities such as verification of current compensation & benefits, reference checks, educational & professional documentation verification. .
• Assist in preparing salary authorization of selected candidate by analyzing the respective grade details like, ranges of salary and other benefits.
• Prepare all hiring documents i.e. Salary Authorizations, Salary Comparison sheet, Appointment letters, Contractual Agreements.
Abilities:
• Strong communication (verbal and written), Computer skills.
• Multi tasking and able to meet accomplished task with in prpvided time ftarrje.
• Hands on experience of maintain database..
Criteria to apply: CANDIDATE MUST BBA with min 04 Years of experience (manufacturing industry preferable) Or MBA — HR having min 02 Years of experience (manufacturing industry preferable)
