Senior Manager Talent Acquisition is responsible for:
Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with workforce planning and future business needs.
Partnering with leadership to provide talent market insights, assess hiring risks and recommend mitigation plans for informed workforce decisions.
Driving employer branding, recruitment marketing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the organization’s talent attraction capability.
Overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes across business units, ensuring alignment with Rewards policies and organizational priorities.
Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and effective use of market intelligence.
Leading, mentoring and supporting the Talent Acquisition team to improve sourcing techniques, candidate experience and hiring outcomes.
Managing the development and periodic review of Job Descriptions (JDs) to ensure consistency and alignment with evolving role requirements.
Maintaining up-to-date organizational structures (organograms) to reflect current reporting hierarchies.

Ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications preferred (e.g., SHRM, CIPD).
8–10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including 4–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment across functions and seniority levels, including strategic hiring, workforce planning, and employer branding.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS, recruitment platforms and social media hiring with a data-driven approach to optimize outcomes.
Excellent leadership, team management, stakeholder engagement and compliance skills with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
