REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of IRFS and relevant laws and regulations
- Proficient in ERP (preferable in SAGE 100) and MS Office Suite
- Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
REQUIRED SKILLS (Responsibilities):
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Review and approve non-cash accounting entries.
- Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Supervise bank reconciliations and daily uploads of bank statements.
- Coordinate with internal & external auditors for smooth audit processes.
- Implement process improvements and automation in accounting workflows.
