Description
- Provide technical support at all designated airblue offices.
- Attend IT complaints including hardware, software and network support.
- Coordination with third party service providers to rectify problems.
- To manage and coordinate with supervisor/line manager the activities & operations related to airblue IT Operations.
- Comply and execute the standardization of IT operations infrastructure.
- Manage software inventory with Manager MIS.
- Perform end-user data backup and restoration service.
- Propose system improvements according to the requirements and available resources.
- Coordinate with Core Networks and Systems to rectify any related problem.
- Carry out any additional task as assigned by Line Manager.
