JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Liaise with claims managers & medical teams for monitoring purpose.
- Review and revise panel hospital rate lists.
- Verify reimbursement claims on ground to ensure credibility before payments.
- Monitor CMR of case managers on a regular basis.
- Lead, manage, and develop the team: monitor workload, ensure job proficiency, develop career goals by evaluating staff performance, giving feedback and identify training and development.
