Soneri Bank Limited Jobs Manager Corporate Affairs:We are looking candidates for Manager – Corporate Affairs reporting into Company Secretary with 4-6 years of experience in similar capacity.
The position will be responsible for the following.
• To prepare agenda papers and ensure timely circulation among the Board / Committee members. #banking
• To prepare Minutes of the Meetings.
• To submit notice of Board meeting along with dissemination of approved financial results, corporate decisions and material / price sensitive matters to PSX, CDC and SECP.
• To ensure timely submission of quarterly / half yearly / annual accounts and other necessary information to PSX & SECP.
• To prepare and file different returns with the regulators
