Faysal Bank Pakistan Jobs Talent Acquisition Manager: Hiring Talent Acquisition Manager for Faysal Bank, Karachi.
Job Purpose: To manage all aspects of recruitment process, from generating robust talent pipeline, sourcing & attracting talent, behavioral assessment & extending offers for assigned business portfolio.
Main Duties:
- Support Head Talent Acquisition in developing strong employer branding/recruitment strategy to attract competent talent for the Bank.
- Carry out an end to end recruitment process starting from sourcing the relevant candidates, assessing them through various personality & behavioral interviews to the final offer & negotiation phase.
- Identify and recruit best potential candidates using a variety of tools, such as job postings on social media, advertisements, internal database & headhunting.
Requirements:
- 6 to 7 years of proven experience in relevant function.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting & employer branding techniques.
- Masters in HR, Business Administration or similar field.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
