Key Responsibilities are as under:

Booking and Settlement of TFCs issued by Bank
Settlement of relevant payments to associate vendors
Preparing letter and dispatch to TFC holder for submission of valid tax exemption certificate.
Prepare notices and published in newspaper / PSX after approval of company secretary.
Coordinate with Share Registrar for finalization of Redemption / Profit payment.
Prepare the letter/email and sent to investors for confirmation of profit working.
Obtain approval from the concern authorities before profit disbursement.
Prepare and pay profit/ Redemption through banker’s cheque or RTGS / IBAN transfers.
Timely dispatch profit payment letters to the investor.
Timely prepare withholding tax against the profit and submitted to tax department.

We are looking for Transaction Manager at Soneri Bank for Corporate & Investment Banking Department.

Follow capital markets rules and regulations in case of capital markets transactions
Originate new transactions as per the agreed targets
For the assigned and/or self originated transactions:
Conduct credit analysis of company for which financing is to be raised
Prepare spreads, financial models/forecasts and ORR analysis
Develop, review and approve transaction documents including loan and security agreements in consultation with legal counsels
Execute legal documentation related to assigned transactions
Manage execution of all loan documents by all syndicate partners
Assist in maintaining relevant data base for economic and industry information. Keeping up-to-date with economic and industry trends, legal and regulatory environment and global business developments

QUALIFICATION: BBA or MBA in Finance, Accounting

We are looking for Officer Product & Services for Cash Management- Corporate & Investment Banking

This position will be primarily responsible for Product Support and Solution Implementation

Having all-round knowledge and market insight of Cash Management Products (pertaining to both Collections & Payments) and Cash Management system (electronic / web based)
Manage product support for all Cash Management customers, including system deployment, access / solution customization, initial customer training, query management & issue resolution.
Strong MIS capability. Maintain internal Cash Management MIS along with customized and comprehensive MIS reports to customers, customized as per their request. Some know how about the Query language will be an added advantage.
Provides efficiency in implementation of client solution and on boarding new clients on cash management platform (system). Provides fast solutions to clients queries and problems within mutually agreed upon turnaround times

Experience Required: 3-4 years of banking experience with 2-3 years of relevant experience (Cash Management experience)
