Pak Oman Microfinance Bank Limited POMICRO Jobs Training Manager: Pak Oman Microfinance bank Limited is seeking services from a dynamic professional having proven track record to fill the vacant position of Training Manager.
Position: Training Manager
Role: The incumbent will be responsible for the following functions:
- To analyze, plan, design and execute Leaning and Development solutions across the Bank.
- Working with Departmental Heads to identify leaning needs (functional and behavioral) of their teams.
- Assess employees’ skills, talents, performance and productivity and prepare written evaluations with advice for improvement
- Identify future training needs and create curriculum to facilitate that training
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
- Facilitate the orientation of new hires.
Qualification: MBA
Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in training – Preferable Microfinance Industry
Age Limit: Should not exceed 40 years of age
Job Location: Karachi
Travelling: This position requires travelling across Pakistan in order to conduct training.
