Job Title: Associate – Investment Banking
Location: Karachi
Job Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake financial analysis & modelling for prospective investment banking clients and manage syndicated debt transactions.
Work independently to produce deliverables such as information memoranda, management presentations, and any other material required for origination and execution of transactions.
Assist with management of day-to-day execution of transactions and interact with team members, clients, counterparties and advisors.

Minimum Education: Graduate (Finance), preference CFA

Minimum Requirement:

2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Bank.
Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent financial and quantitative skills.
Excellent analytical and research skills.

Minimum Education: Graduation

Minimum Requirement:

2-3 years of banking experience in deposit mobilization
Proven track record in sales
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Understanding of AML/KYC
