Habib Oil Mills HOM Jobs Industrial & Employee Relations Executive:Â Habib Oil Mills is actively looking for an Industrial & Employee Relations Executive.
The key responsibilities for this position are:
- Ensuring the implementation and observation of Labor laws and completion of legal formalities including maintenance of different registers, reports and returns under various labor laws.
- Responsible to interact with matters relating to EOBI and Social Security activities, registration of employees, payment of monthly contribution, other statutory inspections under Factories Act 1934 keeping up date record, settlement of claims/pension etc.
- Ensures good Labor – Management relations and industrial peace.
- Responsible to deal with day to day workers and staff grievances
- Deals with matters pertaining to discipline, disciplinary action issuing charges sheets, warning letters and hold inquiries as and when needed.
Skills:
- The ideal candidate must be a graduate in the related field.
- He/ She must have hands-on experience of Industrial Relation Ordinance, Rules of Law, SESSI & EOBI Act, Standing Orders, Workman Compensation, and Factory Act.
