Position/Title: Assistant Manager – Legal Affairs
Department: Company Secretariat
Location: Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad
Key Responsibilities:
• To provide support and supplement the Head of legal in all duties discharged.
• Undertake review of all legal matters pertaining to the bank.
• Provide advice.
• Research
• Draft various legal documents.
• To be able to liaison with external counsel in legal manner.
• To be able to advise on various regulations pertaining to Micro Finance Banking,
• To be fully conversant with state bank of Pakistan, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, rules and regulations relating to statutory form filing. .
