1LINK (Guarantee) Ltd Jobs Associate Bill Payment System BPS: Vacancy for Associate – Bill Payment System (BPS) at 1LINK (Guarantee) Ltd.
Location: Karachi
Main responsibilities include:
• Handling Client Services for all the assigned clients.
• Bring new billing companies / sectors on-board.
• Establish and maintain positive, beneficial and constructive relationships with key client contacts and influence client preference for the Company through provision of valuable business solutions for existing and new, potential Billers.
• Identify opportunities with defined customer segments. Create, prioritize and manage a “pipeline” of opportunities.
Interact with Service Desk/Billers for timely addressing Customer Redressal related to BPS.
• Keep the project management team / BD team / Reporting Head informed of task accomplishment, issues and status.
Minimum Qualification: Minimum Graduate from any HEC recognized university.
Experience: At least 3 years of related experience at the same level in a well reputed organizations.
Other Skills:
• Problem solving
• The ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills
